These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Senior Care Circuit website, Professional Network, provider directory, forms, member areas, events, career resources, business directory, communications, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, using, registering for, submitting information through, or purchasing access to the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Purpose

Senior Care Circuit is an informational, advertising, provider-discovery, professional-networking, and business-resource platform serving individuals, families, providers, professionals, organizations, and businesses connected to senior care, healthcare, and aging services.

Senior Care Circuit is not:

2. Provider and Business Listings

Providers, businesses, organizations, and vendors displayed on Senior Care Circuit are independent third parties.

Senior Care Circuit does not employ, supervise, manage, control, or guarantee the conduct or services of participating providers or businesses.

Listings may contain information supplied directly by participating businesses or organizations.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating any provider, organization, vendor, service, or professional before entering into any relationship or transaction.

3. Paid Advertising and Participation

Providers and businesses featured on Senior Care Circuit may participate through paid advertising, sponsorships, memberships, commercial listings, or other paid participation arrangements.

Paid participation may influence:

  • Placement
  • Presentation
  • Prominence
  • Inclusion
  • Access to certain Platform features

Participation on Senior Care Circuit does not constitute an endorsement, certification, ranking, recommendation, verification, or guarantee of quality or suitability.

4. Professional Network

Senior Care Circuit operates a private professional area designed for individuals and organizations working in, professionally serving, or providing services to the senior care, healthcare, or aging-services industry.

Professional Network features may include:

  • Professional content
  • Professional events
  • Career opportunities
  • Business-to-business resources
  • Vendor and service directories
  • Member communications
  • Professional networking resources
  • Other member-only content or features

Access may depend upon membership type, participation status, or other eligibility requirements established by Senior Care Circuit.

Senior Care Circuit may modify available features, member benefits, access levels, or eligibility requirements at any time.

5. Membership Types

Senior Care Circuit may offer different membership or participation levels, including Professional Subscriber, Community Provider, Vendor Partner, or other membership categories.

Different membership levels may receive different Platform access.

Certain provider or partner memberships may be complimentary as part of another advertising or participation arrangement.

Membership access is personal to the authorized member and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or assigned without written approval from Senior Care Circuit.

6. Professional Verification

Certain Professional Network memberships may require completion of a professional self-verification form.

By completing the verification process, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you work in, professionally serve, or provide services to the senior care, healthcare, or aging-services industry.

Senior Care Circuit may deny, suspend, or terminate Professional Network access if information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or inconsistent with eligibility requirements.

7. Paid Memberships and Recurring Billing

Certain memberships are offered on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency displayed during checkout.

Membership fees and billing terms are disclosed before purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation process described below.

Senior Care Circuit may change future membership pricing upon reasonable notice. Pricing changes will not retroactively alter charges already paid.

8. Cancellation

Members wishing to cancel a recurring Professional Subscriber membership must request cancellation through Senior Care Circuit.

Cancellation does not result in an immediate termination of paid access.

When a paid membership is canceled, access generally remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.

No additional recurring charge will be made after cancellation becomes effective.

9. Refund Policy

All membership, advertising, listing, sponsorship, and participation fees are non-refundable unless Senior Care Circuit expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Senior Care Circuit does not provide prorated refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Early cancellation
  • Unused membership time
  • Failure to use member benefits
  • Changes in business circumstances
  • Voluntary membership changes

Members retain access through the applicable paid period where appropriate.

10. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Senior Care Circuit does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Use of third-party payment services may also be subject to the payment processor’s own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

11. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain current account information
  • Protect your username and password
  • Avoid sharing account credentials
  • Notify Senior Care Circuit of suspected unauthorized account access

Senior Care Circuit may suspend or restrict accounts when misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or other violations are suspected.

12. User Submissions

The Platform may allow users, providers, members, or businesses to submit information including:

  • Business listings
  • Professional events
  • Career opportunities

  • Images

By submitting content, you represent that you have the right and authority to provide and authorize use of that material.

You grant Senior Care Circuit permission to display, format, edit, reproduce, and publish submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform.

Senior Care Circuit may review, edit, reject, remove, or decline to publish submitted content.

Submission does not guarantee publication.

13. Professional Events, Career Listings, and Business Directory Content

Professional events, job opportunities, vendor services, business listings, and similar content may be submitted by independent third parties.

Senior Care Circuit does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy
  • Availability
  • Employment opportunities
  • Event attendance
  • Event quality
  • Business performance

  • Hiring results
  • Commercial outcomes

Users should independently verify information before making decisions.

14. Care-Related Inquiries

Users may voluntarily submit care-related inquiries or preferences through designated forms.

Provider outreach is not guaranteed.

23. Indemnification
